We offer several support options for users of the LEOT software.

 

  1. Phone - Call the LEOT Support Team at 1-877-ASK-LEOT (1-877-275-5368). Support staff are available 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 7:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturdays. If calling outside our office hours, you can leave a voice message for a return call the next business day.

  2. Online Chat - Use our Live Chat feature located at the bottom left of this screen for asistance through text communication with an LEOT Support Staff member. If using our Live Chat outside our office hours, you have an option to send an electronic message to the LEOT Support Team for a return response or call the next business day.

  3. LEOT Users Portal - Go to the LEOT Users Portal for software updates, downloads, license file request, CD requests, LEOT knowledge base, installation and support feedback. The LEOT Users Portal uses the same login as our OIBRS Portal. If you need a login to the portals, please contact Jim Luebbers at 614-644-6797.

  4. Remote Desktop Support - This support feature enables the LEOT Support Team to obtain access to an LEOT user's computer remotely from our office in Columbus, Ohio.
